White Chocolate Pecan Pie

You might have had pecan pie before, but you’ve not had Sassy’s recipe! The traditional filling of eggs and corn syrup is enlivened with white chocolate. Every bite of flaky crust and pecans combine with the rich filling to make it harder and harder to put down that fork!! You might as well leave it out, because sometimes you just gotta have a second slice.
